Google Sign-in authenticates your identity and provides you with the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your email address. We collect this information to generate your user license, send payment receipts, and communicate with you regarding product updates.
On rare occasions, we may send you service-related email announcements when necessary. For example, we may send notifications about service-related issues such as maintenance periods, billing problems, or other matters that may affect our service. Our services utilize the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication, eliminating the need for you to share your login credentials with us. OAuth also enables secure access to your data, as required by our add-ons, with the data residing securely within your Google account. We do not store any of your account data on our servers.
Consistent with most websites, we automatically gather certain non-personal statistical information and store it in cookies and log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser version, operating system, date/time stamps, and other interactions with the application. We use this information to analyze trends, identify potential instances of misuse, and assist in diagnosing technical issues.
If your personal information changes or if you no longer wish to use our service, you can delete or deactivate your account by uninstalling our Google add-on or by contacting us directly. We will respond to your request within three business days.
We utilize third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, to process payments for our services, and live chat services to provide assistance with inquiries about our website or your orders. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button. These features may collect your IP address and information about the pages you visit on our website. They may also set a cookie to enable the features to function correctly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or directly on our website.
